Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) is seeking a motivated mid-career professional to partner with us and lead the search, acquisition, and leadership of a small to mid-sized enterprise as Chief Executive Officer in Italy.

You will spearhead a 24-month search under the Operator-Led Buyout (OLBO) program, receiving comprehensive support and a compelling incentive package including base compensation and vested shares in the acquired company.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles with full P&L responsibility.
• Executive MBA or MBA degree preferred.
• Min. 10+ years of proven track record of running and growing businesses or business units in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Establish with us a search process to generate deal flow and target a business to acquire in line with criteria.
• Manage the acquisition process with the Investment Management team.
• Step into the CEO role of the acquired business.
• Develop long-term strategy and 100-day plans to enable growth and value creation.
