Deutsche Bank in Milan invites applications for a six‑month Implementation Intern role within its Corporate Cash Management team. You will support the onboarding of corporate clients and assist in coordinating payments, cash management and digital banking implementations, working with Relationship Managers, Product Specialists, Operations and Technology teams.

Competenze

• Pursuing or completed degree in Economics, Finance, Management Eng., Business Admin.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian and English.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Curiosity, enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.

• Assist in onboarding new corporate and multinational clients.
• Coordinate implementation projects related to payments, collections and cash management.
• Monitor timelines, milestones and deliverables under supervision of senior managers.
• Support client communication and coordinate meetings and status reporting.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Operations, Service, Sales and Technology teams.
• Prepare implementation documentation, project plans and testing materials.
• Support clients during testing and migration activities.
• Identify process improvements and best practices.
• Maintain accurate project records and management information.
