Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a CAR-T Cell Collection Lead to develop and implement strategies ensuring efficient, quality-driven cell collection that meets regulatory standards across the region.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and hospitals, coordinate supplier networks for apheresis and cryopreservation, and drive site certifications, training, and quality improvements while traveling up to 20% as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master in a scientific or engineering field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in pharma, hospital, or blood bank setting.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and EU Tissue and Cell Directives.
• Fluency in English; Italian/French/German helpful.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and matrix environments.

Mansioni

• Develops and implements CAR-T apheresis and cryopreservation activities regionally.
• Facilitates hospital qualification and training across EMEA.
• Oversees tech transfers to local hospitals and central facilities.
• Maintains relationships with commercial suppliers of apheresis/cryopreservation services.
• Drives site qualification, onboarding, and quality investigations.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
