Job summary

H-FARM S.p.A. seeks a Lecturer in Business Strategy with AI to lead a capstone-style module focused on leveraging AI for business transformation.

You will teach strategic foresight, AI maturity assessments and roadmaps, and guide postgraduate students through ethical and regulatory dimensions including GDPR and the EU AI Act. The role involves delivering engaging lectures, seminars and workshops on AI strategy, collaborating with a diverse, international faculty, and shaping course material to

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1) for teaching
• Strong knowledge of business strategy and AI-related business applications
• Experience with strategic foresight and AI governance considerations

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, seminars and workshops on AI strategy and business transformation (36 teaching hours on campus)
• Teach foresight methodologies and frameworks to build competitive AI-enabled advantage
• Guide students in AI maturity assessments and design phased transformation roadmaps with metrics
• Cover AI governance, GDPR and EU AI Act considerations in curricula
• Use real-world case studies and guest speakers to enrich learning
• Collaborate with faculty and industry partners to keep curriculum up-to-date
• Contribute to development of teaching materials and evaluation methods with responsible AI usage
