Zegna in Capri is seeking a Style Advisor to join our luxury retail team. You will engage customers, present the stories behind our craftsmanship, and build lasting relationships that make them feel part of the Zegna world.

Based in Capri, you will collaborate with the Store Director to drive sales, manage the store environment, and contribute to visual merchandising and inventory control. English fluency is required to interact with a global clientele.

Competenze

• Experience in fashion & accessory retail delivering high-quality guest service.
• Skilled at creating personalized outfits and developing client relationships using CRM/digital tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English.

• Achieve store sales targets and execute plans set by the store manager.
• Engage customers, share product stories and build ongoing relationships.
• Maintain a well-organized store environment, including visual merchandising, stockroom, inventory and cashiering.
