Jumeirah Capri Palace in Anacapri seeks a passionate and professional Food & Beverage Manager to join for the summer season 2027. You will coordinate organizational and administrative functions across the F&B department, ensuring adherence to Jumeirah standards and disseminating department goals to colleagues.

The role involves establishing performance standards, maintaining SOPs, training staff, and driving promotions and events to boost the hotel’s image and profitability.

• Coordinate organizational and administrative functions across the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring standards and objectives are met.
• Establish performance standards and job descriptions for service colleagues; support promotions and engage in PR activities.
• Maintain up-to-date SOPs and communicate changes to relevant departments and colleagues promptly.
• Execute assignments from the F&B Director and foster relationships with other departmental management.
• Assist in briefings with Outlet Managers and interact with local representatives and potential guests.
• Monitor the profitability of F&B outlets and propose improvements to ensure profitability.
• Support development of ideas to increase F&B productivity and plan sales and promotions to meet market needs.
• Contribute to building an efficient team through training, development, safety and welfare initiatives.
