Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in capital markets/structuring roles.
• Knowledge of derivative pricing across equity, credit, rates.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg, Excel, VBA and Python.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing model prototypes to support transaction structuring and valuation.
• Design risk management strategies, including tail-risk management for portfolios.
• Build toolboxes and data-monitoring solutions to track activity and improve processes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Trading to structure capital markets transactions across assets.
• Prepare business activity reports and transaction analyses.
