Job summary

DB Global Technology in Italy seeks a Requirements Engineer to bridge business needs and technical solutions within our centralized technology center. The role is based in Emilia-Romagna and involves working with global teams on complex financial software projects.

You will gather requirements, document user stories and specifications, design solutions with developers, and support production and testing activities while continuously improving processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in computer science or similar.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in requirements engineering for large-scale IT solutions.
• Capital Markets knowledge with extensive experience in trading platforms and financial products.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system integration, APIs and data architecture.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience in Agile teams (2-3 years) in financial services.
• Fluent in English.
• Autonomous and able to work in virtual/matrix teams.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering and analysis with stakeholders and IT teams.
• Create clear technical documentation including BRs, user stories and system specifications.
• Design software solutions with developers and validate through testing and feedback.
• Bridge between users and technical teams to align stakeholders.
• Continuously improve software development processes and adapt to change.
• Assess production incidents and provide solutions; analyze errors and fix them.
