Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.
• 5–7 years minimum experience in financial controlling, preferably in data center or tech infrastructure or international group.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving oriented, and proficiency in financial modeling and tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Knowledge of Italian GAAP / IFRS; SOX controls appreciated.
• Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of French appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Participate in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Data Center operations.
• Analyze financial performance and monitor progress against budget, providing KPIs and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and procurement to track performance and improve processes.
• Participate in monthly closing and define cut-off accruals.
• Monitor and control capital expenditures across multiple sites; coordinate with construction.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports for management and external stakeholders; implement dashboards to track costs by center and identify deviations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements (SOX).
• Drive automation and improvement of financial processes, tools and reporting systems.
