CROWN Packaging Manufacturing Italy S.r.l. is seeking a skilled Cans Mechanical Technician to maintain and repair high-speed can manufacturing machinery, ensuring optimal production efficiency and product quality.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair equipment, interpret blueprints, calibrate systems, and collaborate with production to minimize downtime while upholding safety standards and quality controls.

Competenze

Experience as a mechanical technician in high-volume manufacturing is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and manuals.
Proficiency with hand and power tools and precise measuring instruments.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and attention to detail.
Capable of working both independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting.

Mansioni

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on mechanical equipment used in can manufacturing.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical breakdowns to minimize downtime and losses.
Read manuals and schematics to guide repairs and adjustments.
Calibrate machinery to maintain operating parameters and quality.
Collaborate with production staff to address recurring issues.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, parts and equipment performance.
Follow safety protocols and promote a safe work environment.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and assist with new machinery installation.
