JARS Cannabis in Milan, MI seeks a Retail Representative to deliver exceptional customer service, explain cannabis products, and drive in-store promotions. You will work with store leadership, handle transactions, and maintain a clean, welcoming floor.

The role requires 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience, strong communication, and a positive attitude. Training through JARS University ensures policy compliance and product knowledge.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in retail, sales, or hospitality.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and applications is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Basic math skills required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Mansioni

• Assess the needs of each customer, provide product knowledge, and conduct each transaction with accuracy.
• Utilize suggestive selling strategies and upsell promotions.
• Record transactions accurately in the POS system and manage cash drawer.
• Open and close duties as needed and follow attendance policy.
• Maintain neatness, cleanliness, and organization of the sales floor.
• Cross-train and fill in when short-staffed.
• Follow JARS policies and provide excellent customer care.
