Job summary

Alium in Turin, Italy, seeks an experienced C++ Embedded Software Engineer to join our team developing onboard automotive systems. Hybrid work model in Turin. You will develop and maintain embedded software for diagnostics and OTA updates, focusing on vehicle networks using C++ on Linux/QNX with agile methods.

Good English is required; Italian is a plus. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automotive diagnostics, knowledge of UDS on CAN/CAN-FD, SOME/IP, and experience with Vector CANoe and CAPL

Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive diagnostics development.
• Strong C++ and embedded software skills for onboard systems.
• Experience with UDS/CAN/CAN-FD architectures and SOME/IP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain embedded software for automotive systems using C++.
• Design, implement, unit test and debug modules for diagnostics stacks.
• Participate in architectural discussions and system design.
• Conduct integration and system testing for reliability and performance.
• Follow Agile software development practices.
