Join Vallen as a Buyer to manage purchasing of products, goods, and materials that meet price, quality, timing, and supply reliability. You may support distribution centers, warehouses, clients, or vendors.

You will perform procurement activities, review forecasts, place requisitions, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, while maintaining excellent service and attention to detail.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of procurement experience.
• CPM certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Perform procurement activities to meet demand and align with purchasing strategies.
• Review inventory forecasts and replenishment recommendations with GAINS.
• Place purchase requisitions and vendor orders.
• Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate returns for aging or excess inventory.

Conoscenze

SAP knowledge

Procurement experience

MS Office

Communication skills

Formazione
