Iveco Group is seeking a procurement professional to manage a complete product line within the CAB Purchasing team. You will lead supplier evaluation, select sources, and drive sourcing strategies regionally and globally to ensure quality, delivery, and innovation.

You will negotiate LTAs, manage supplier development, monitor market trends, and present performance updates to management and cross-functional teams. Travel will be required to support regional and global projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Procurement roles.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Within the CAB Purchasing team, the resource will be responsible for managing a complete product line in terms of both operative and strategic tasks.

This includes:

• Lead supplier evaluation, selection and sourcing activities for assigned CAB commodities (Steel and Components), while supporting regional and global sourcing projects in collaboration with commodity teams.
• Develop and implement supply base management strategies, both regionally and globally, aimed at achieving the lowest total cost while ensuring quality, service, delivery performance and innovation.
• Negotiate, implement and manage Long-Term Agreements (LTAs), achieving commercial savings, raw material recovery and total cost reduction objectives while supporting business priorities.
• Drive supplier development, VA/VE initiatives and process improvement activities to support productivity and budget targets.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, cost drivers, capacity constraints, technology advancements and supplier performance to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews, capacity planning, risk mitigation and financial health monitoring.
• Prepare and present sourcing strategies, business cases and performance updates to management and cross-functional stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Procurement roles
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate as an effective team member
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Availability to travel
