Accenture Italia is seeking a Business Transformation Specialist to partner with leading organizations, designing and implementing transformation initiatives that improve operating models, service delivery, and business performance.

You will contribute to GCC, Shared Services, and GBS initiatives, working with Talent, Digital Core, and Industry & Enterprise teams to drive sustainable business value through hands‑on execution.

Competenze

• Experience in business transformation, management consulting, PMO, operations, Shared Services, GBS, or change management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management, Lean Six Sigma, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Fluency in Italian and English, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

As a Business Transformation Specialist, you will partner with leading organizations to design and implement transformation initiatives that improve operating models, service delivery, and business performance. You will also contribute to Global Capability Center (GCC), Shared Services, and Global Business Services (GBS) initiatives, helping clients build scalable, future-ready operating models and deliver sustainable business value.

As part of Accenture Operations, you will collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to implement transformation strategies, optimize business operations, and deliver sustainable business outcomes. Working alongside colleagues across Talent, Digital Core, and Industry & Enterprise, you will help ensure successful transformation through a hands-on, execution-focused approach.

Job Summary

• Lead and support business transformation initiatives, helping clients optimize operating models, governance frameworks, and service delivery across a variety of industries
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define transformation roadmaps, manage change, and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and leverage data, AI, automation, and digital technologies to enhance operational performance
• Facilitate workshops, prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations, and support decision-making throughout the transformation journey
• Contribute to Global Capability Center (GCC), Shared Services, and Global Business Services (GBS) initiatives by supporting capability development, governance, and organizational transformation

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. For this position, the Metalmeccanico National Collective Bargaining Agreement (C011) with one of the following pay grades and corresponding gross annual salary range:

B1 between 30.815€ e 45.300€

B2 between 33.059€ e 50.500€

Skills And Qualifications

• Experience in business transformation, management consulting, PMO, operations, Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or change management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management practices, Lean Six Sigma principles, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Interest in enterprise transformation, Global Capability Centers (GCC), AI-enabled transformation, automation, and digital operating models.
• Fluency in Italian and English, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment
