Accenture, Roma, cerca un professionista esperto in trasformazione aziendale per guidare iniziative di ottimizzazione dei modelli operativi, governance e delivery di servizi, collaborando con stakeholder e team trasversali per definire roadmaps e ottenere risultati misurabili.

Competenze

• Esperienza in trasformazione aziendale, management consulting, PMO, operations, Shared Services, GBS o change management
• Spiccata capacità analitica, problem-solving e gestione stakeholder, in grado di tradurre sfide complesse in soluzioni pratiche
• Familiarità con metodologie Agile, project management, Lean Six Sigma e strumenti di reporting come Power BI o Tableau
• Interesse per trasformazione d'impresa, GCC, AI-enabled transformation, automazione e modelli operativi digitali
• Fluidità in italiano e inglese, ottime capacità comunicative e attitudine collaborativa in ambienti di consulenza dinamici

Job Summary

• Lead and support business transformation initiatives, helping clients optimize operating models, governance frameworks, and service delivery across a variety of industries
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define transformation roadmaps, manage change, and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and leverage data, AI, automation, and digital technologies to enhance operational performance
• Facilitate workshops, prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations, and support decision‑making throughout the transformation journey
• Contribute to Global Capability Center (GCC), Shared Services, and Global Business Services (GBS) initiatives by supporting capability development, governance, and organizational transformation

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. For this position, the Metalmeccanico National Collective Bargaining Agreement (C011) with one of the following pay grades and corresponding gross annual salary range:B1 between 30.815 e 45.300B2 between 33.059 e 50.500

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in business transformation, management consulting, PMO, operations, Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or change management
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management practices, Lean Six Sigma principles, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Interest in enterprise transformation, Global Capability Centers (GCC), AI‑enabled transformation, automation, and digital operating models.
• Fluency in Italian and English, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment
