Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial, Manufacturing, Computer Engineering or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Process Engineering, Industrial Automation or IT/OT integration in manufacturing
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation systems, PLCs, SCADA/HMI and industrial networks
- Familiarity with PFMEA, OEE analysis and problem-solving tools
- Basic knowledge of data analytics, industrial databases, and AI/Machine Learning applications is a plus
- Strong analytical, project management and teamwork skills
- Good command of English
- Experience in automotive or global manufacturing environments is preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and implement IT/OT integration solutions linking production equipment, automation systems, MES, ERP and cloud platforms
- Analyze manufacturing processes and data to improve OEE, reduce waste and enhance performance
- Develop and support automation, robotics, digitalization and AI-based solutions for optimization and quality
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality and Sales to define manufacturing strategies and projects
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, standards and procedures ensuring quality and safety compliance
- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, capacity and ergonomics
- Participate in feasibility reviews and support continuous improvement across operations
- Coordinate digital transformation and Industry 5.0 projects with stakeholders and partners
- Contribute to cross-functional and international projects using structured problem-solving methodologies
