The company has developed and patented a proprietary technological platform for Supercritical Water Precipitation (SWaP™), capable of achieving recovery rates exceeding 99%, reducing toxic waste production, and minimizing environmental impact compared to traditional mining processes.
In March 2025, Circular Materials was selected by the European Commission as a Strategic Project under the Critical Raw Materials Act (CRMA)—one of only a few projects chosen in Italy and across Europe. This recognition highlights our key role in strengthening the resilience of supply chains and developing a sustainable alternative to primary extraction.
Circular Materials is currently executing an ambitious expansion plan at both the national and European levels, aimed at establishing a network of industrial hubs designed to treat large volumes of waste and transform them into secondary raw materials.

We are seeking a Business Development Analyst (Junior) to support the strategic development and business expansion activities of Circular Materials. Working closely with the Director of Business & Corporate Development, the successful candidate will contribute to the analysis of new markets, geographies, and industrial verticals to support the growth and scalability of our platform.
The role sits at the intersection of strategy, industrial development, and market intelligence, focusing on data analysis, industrial supply chain mapping, and the identification of strategic opportunities. Additionally, the role will support the Policy & Public Affairs team by providing data-driven insights to align industrial development with the regulatory landscape.
This position offers direct exposure to high-level strategic initiatives, including international expansion, industrial partnerships, and public funding programs.

Salary (RAL): Indicative range of €25,000 – €35,000, commensurate with experience and profile.
