Corpay is seeking a Business Developer/FX Developer within our Cross-Border Solutions division, based in Madrid. You will support the sales team in identifying and developing new client relationships, helping companies manage FX risk and optimize international payments.

You will prospect clients, prepare meetings, position FX products, maintain CRM records in Salesforce, and collaborate with Marketing, Risk and Compliance. A bachelor's degree and sales experience are plus.

Your role

What you’ll be doing

Your role

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Business Developer/FX Developer within our Cross-Border Solutions division. This position falls under our International Payments line of business and is located in Madrid, Spain. In this role, you will support the sales team in identifying, contacting and developing new client relationships, helping companies manage foreign exchange risk and optimize their international payments. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and collaborate with the Dealing, Marketing, Risk and Compliance teams.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Business Developer/FX Developer

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Prospecting potential clients through phone calls, email, LinkedIn and events
• Supporting the sales team in preparing client meetings and follow-ups
• Learning how to position FX products and payment solutions in client conversations.
• Updating and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce)
• Assisting in marketing campaigns and lead generation activities
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Developing market knowledge and understanding of FX risk management

Qualifications & Skills

• Interest in financial markets and commercial roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Spanish native speaker and intermediate English level.
• Previous experience in sales or client‑facing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, International Trade or similar is a plus.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is €30,000-35,000 gross per year . The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender‑neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications.

Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation.

Additional compensation, including performance‑based variable pay and benefits, will be discussed during the recruitment process.
