Job summary

Bolton Group in Cermenate, Italy, is seeking a PSO Controller Intern to support cost analysis and financial insights within the PSO Controlling Team. You will assist with closing activities, cost variance analysis, and reporting for new launches, reporting to the PSO Controlling Manager Italy.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance or Management Engineering, English proficiency, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics and Finance or Management Engineering.
• Experience in controlling is a plus.
• Good knowledge of IT systems such as Office Suite.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support closing activities and track/forecast production and transformation costs for the Italian entity.
• Contribute to analysis of production cost variances and key driver identification.
• Analyze plant economic performance against KPIs with Industrial team collaboration.
• Prepare cost reports for new launches and support payback analyses for investments.

We are looking for a PSO Controller Intern to join our Finance Department in Bolton Food based in Italy, Cermenate.

How you make the difference

You will join the PSO Controlling Team to contribute to driving the plant’s economic performance by providing accurate cost analysis and valuable financial insights.

How your agenda looks like:

• You will support the team in closing activities, as well as in tracking and forecasting production and transformation costs for the Italian legal entity;
• You will contribute to the analysis of production cost variances, supporting the identification and understanding of key drivers;
• You will support the analysis of plant economic performance against key KPIs and collaborate with the Industrial team on business performance topics;
• You will contribute to the preparation of cost reports for new launches and products and support payback analyses related to investment projects.

Your team:

You will report to the PSO Controlling Manager Italy.

What makes you a great fit:

• Master's Degree in Economics and Finance or Management Engineering;
• Previous experience in controlling will be considered a plus;
• Good knowledge of IT systems such as OFFICE Suite;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
