K2U, on behalf of a multinational client in Milan, seeks a Business Central – PM/PMO for a 12-month hybrid assignment. The role emphasizes functional Business Central delivery and strong project governance across stakeholders, including requirements gathering and tender management. Italian and English proficiency are required, with on-site Milan presence as needed.

The candidate will support implementation project management and coordinate across teams to ensure successful delivery.

On behalf of our client we are currently looking for a Business Central – PM/PMO

Project/Customer background:

The client is a multinational company. The team operates in Italy, and the manager is looking for a resource who can effectively support the team

Current Phase:

Preparation of the BBP

Duration: 12 months

Location:Hybrid with onsite in Milan

Language: Italian and English advanced

Skills:

We are looking for a PM/PMO with strong functional skills and knowledge of Business Central—not from a technical perspective, but from a functional one.

The idea is for you to support us through the following stages:

Requirements gathering (functional and non-functional) and drafting of the RFP/RFQ
