Job summary

CRIF in Milan is seeking a Business Analyst Level to support the Italian Market within the Product Management Bi Finance & Other Industries. You will manage functional analysis, draft SRS, plan time and costs, define and run test cases, and collaborate with clients and internal teams on new and integrated solutions.

The role requires 4–5 years of project management experience, strong MS Office and SQL skills, knowledge of NoSQL/XML, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in a scientific field or related discipline
• Solid functional analysis skills and testing procedures
• Good knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases; XML knowledge
• Knowledge of NoSQL (graph databases) and AI project experience is a plus
• At least 4–5 years in managing projects in structured contexts or similar roles

Business Analyst Level

The role will be assigned to the Business Unit Product Management Bi Finance & Other Industries. The applicant will be focused on participating to various projects and solutions within the Local Competence center, supporting Italian Market.

Requirements

• Degree in scientific field, Management engineering or economics/equivalent professional experience
• Good functionalanalysis skills and testing procedures
• Good knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Good Knowledge of SQL and relational databases is a plus, as well as XML language
• Knowledgeof NoSQL (e.G., graph databases) and previous experience working on AI projects will be considered a plus
• At least 4/ 5 years working experience in managing projects in structured contexts or in a similar position

• The Annual Salary for this position starts from € 28.000 gross per year.
• The level of classification will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector.
• The final compensation package, including any variable components (such as MBO) or additional benefits, will depend on the assessment of the candidate's profile against the role requirements
