Job summary

CRIF in Milan is seeking a Business Analyst Level to support the Italian Market within the Product Management Bi Finance & Other Industries. You will manage functional analysis, draft SRS, plan time and costs, define and run test cases, and collaborate with clients and internal teams on new and integrated solutions.

The role requires 4–5 years of project management experience, strong MS Office and SQL skills, knowledge of NoSQL/XML, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in a scientific field or related discipline
• Solid functional analysis skills and testing procedures
• Good knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases; XML knowledge
• Knowledge of NoSQL (graph databases) and AI project experience is a plus
• At least 4–5 years in managing projects in structured contexts or similar roles

Responsibilities

• Managing the functional analysis process and planning: requirements gathering and feasibility analysis
• Functional design and drafting of project documentation: SRS following CRIF standards
• Planning time and cost for new implementations or customizations
• Planning, defining and performing test cases, documents drafting
• Managing the project delivery and training to users
• Participating in internal teams to develop new or integrated solutions with client and other units
• Liaising with Consultancy and Global Technologies to define project requirements
• Managing pre-sales phase supporting Sales/Consulting when required
• Increasing knowledge about business processes and information managed within the area
