Wella Company is seeking a Brand Management Intern to join the Southern Europe marketing team in Milan. You will support brand plans, product launches and campaigns across Southern Europe, while collaborating with markets across Italy and France to drive impactful brand initiatives.

The role offers exposure to strategic and operational marketing in an international environment, with a focus on consumer insights, data analysis and effective cross‑functional collaboration.

• University student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field.
• Strong interest in marketing, brand management and the beauty industry.
• Attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn are the most important factors.
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several topics simultaneously.

Brand Management Internship – Southern Europe

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and curious Brand Management Intern to join our Southern Europe Marketing team in Milan.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in brand management within an international environment, supporting some of Wella Company’s iconic professional hair brands across Southern Europe.

The role will primarily support Wella Professionals across Italy and France, while also contributing to the management of System Professional, Kadus Professional and Sassoon Professional across the Southern European cluster.

You will work closely with the Brand Management team and collaborate with different markets and functions, gaining exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of marketing.

Key Responsibilities
