Ferrero is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager for Nutella in Alba, Italy. You will support the development and execution of brand strategies, analyze market dynamics, and collaborate with marketing and research teams to drive growth and consumer engagement.

You hold a Master’s degree and have experience in Marketing roles, with fluency in Italian and English, plus strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to build insights and presentations for cross‑functional stakeholders.

Competenze

Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Initial professional experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Shopper Marketing.
Fluency in Italian and English with strong communication skills.
Advanced Excel and proficient PowerPoint abilities.

Define and implement Nutella's marketing strategy with cross-functional teams.
Monitor market dynamics, brand performance and KPIs like sales and market share.
Collaborate with Market Research to understand consumer behaviors and trends.
Develop communication and advertising briefs with agencies and measure campaign impact.
Assist in budget planning and monitor advertising investments and costs.
Support sales plans and promotional initiatives across formats and channels.
