BRANCH MANAGER ITALY – Rif INT25 011

Location: Milan

as entrepreneurial leader who will establish and manage the new subsidiary in Milan and play a key role in driving their expansion.

Responsibilities

• Set up and lead the Italian subsidiary, including office infrastructure and team recruitment.
• Identify and acquire land for battery storage projects.
• Negotiate with landowners and public authorities.
• Manage and coordinate grid connection applications with the main electricity transmission system operator in Italy.
• Support permitting procedures and liaise with local institutions.
• Present project concepts to stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Work closely with international engineering, finance, HR, and insurance teams.
• Monitor market trends and prepare regular reports and presentations.

Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in the photovoltaic, off-grid, or energy plant engineering sectors.
• Direct professional and strong background in managing grid connection processes with Italy’s main TSO.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Native Italian speaker with very good English proficiency (German is a plus).
• High IT affinity and interest in modern technologies.
