Job summary

Neos is seeking experienced Captains to command Boeing 737 operations (Classic 300 through NG 900). Training is provided; permanent employment is offered for those meeting ATPL (EASA) and medical requirements.

Applicants must have 5,000 total flight hours, 1,000 PIC hours, an EASA ATPL, and Class 1 medical. Italian (level 6) and English (ICAO ELP 4) are required. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• ATPL (EASA) license required.
• Medical: Class 1.
• Total time: 5,000 hours minimum.
• PIC time: 1,000 hours minimum.
• Current Boeing 737 type rating welcome but training provided for NTR Captains.
• Language: Italian level 6 and English ICAO ELP 4.

Responsibilities

• Command Boeing 737 operations across Neos's network with emphasis on safety and compliance.
• Lead a highly professional crew, delivering service and on-time performance.
• Exercise sound decision-making in dynamic operational environments, from preflight planning to post-flight review.
• Uphold company SOPs, regulatory standards and CRM practices.
