Maven Research is seeking laboratory professionals with hands-on blood gas experience to advise on collection procedures, preanalytical challenges, and POC testing workflows. The role focuses on sharing expertise to understand current workflows, identify preanalytical errors, and explore improvements.

This flexible consulting engagement can be completed alongside full-time work, with arrangements based on your availability.

Competenze

• Associate's degree or certification in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in blood gas sample collection, point-of-care testing, or laboratory operations.
• Direct responsibility for or insight into blood gas sample collection and/or analysis practices.
• Current or recent role as laboratory technician, POC staff, or laboratory professional.
