Sandoz International GmbH is seeking a senior executive to drive regional strategic and operational plans for the Therapeutic Area in Lombardia/Milan. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage the unit's budget and financial performance, and ensure launch readiness and portfolio value growth.

You will monitor market dynamics, collaborate with local and global teams, and engage with external thought leaders to optimize patient management and strengthen Sandoz' regional footprint.

• Experience leading large and/or diverse multi-functional teams.
• P&L or unit accountability.
• Ability to deliver regional strategy and operational plans.

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage budget and financial performance of the unit.
• Develop and implement regional strategic and operational plan for the TA.
• Monitor market competition and provide tools to local marketers.
• Collaborate with external key opinion leaders to optimize patient management.
• Report adverse events / complaints within 24 hours.
