Sia Partners seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead CMC development and tech transfer efforts in Life Sciences. You will guide day-to-day management, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to keep schedules, budgets, and regulatory milestones aligned.

You will translate CMC concepts into actionable plans and maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders, influencing biopharmaceutical programs at scale in a dynamic client-facing environment.

Competenze

• At least 2 years in biopharmaceutical industry with minimum 1 year in project management.
• BS, MS, or PhD in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• Fluent English, strong written and oral communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Develop and maintain predecessor-driven project schedules using MS Project, Smartsheet, Planisware, Primavera.

In this role you will serve as the operational hub for CMC project teams, guiding day-to-day management of CMC development and tech transfer efforts within the Life Sciences and Healthcare unit. You collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to keep schedules, budgets, and risk under control, while ensuring quality and alignment with regulatory milestones. You will translate technical CMC concepts into actionable project plans and maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders. This position offers the chance to influence biopharmaceutical development programs at scale, within a dynamic, client-facing consulting environment.

• BS, MS, or PhD in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical or Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences)
• Experience with CDMOs to support outsourced development and manufacturing activities
• Ability to engage in technical and scientific discussions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Planisware
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
