Job summary

Itinera S.p.A. cerca un BIM Coordinator per il nostro head office di Tortona. Il candidato supporterà l’ufficio tecnico nella preparazione e presentazione delle offerte, gestendo modelli BIM e controllando i deliverables in conformità alle specifiche contrattuali.

Si richiede laurea in ingegneria o architettura, 4–5 anni di esperienza e ottima conoscenza di Revit, Navisworks, Solibri e AutoCAD. L’offerta prevede CCNL Edilizia e contratto a tempo indeterminato.

Qualifications

• Diploma o laurea in Ingegneria/Architettura.
• Minimo 4–5 anni di esperienza come BIM Coordinator/BIM Specialist nel settore infrastrutture e/o edifici.
• Ottima conoscenza di Revit, Navisworks, Solibri e AutoCAD.
• Esperienza con Dalux, BIM360, Synchro e Primavera P6 preferibile.

Responsibilities

• Analizzare i documenti di gara con focus sul design.
• Gestire modelli BIM e rilevamenti per controllo delle quantità.
• Estrarre dati, pianificazioni, tavole e disegni dai modelli BIM per QC delle quantità.
• Individuare soluzioni di design che ottimizzino tempi e costi.
• Coordinare la creazione e gestione dei modelli digitali e il clash detection.

Job description

For our Tortona head office, we are looking for a BIM Coordinator who will join the technical office and support the preparation and submission of bids.

Specifically, the BIM Coordinator will:

• Analyse tender documents, with a particular focus on design;
• Manage project models and surveys using BIM technology;
• Extract data, schedules, tables and drawings from BIM models for the purpose of checking Bills of Quantities;
• Identify design solutions that optimise construction time and costs, in line with the methodological solutions provided for by BIM;
• Coordinate the process of creating, managing and checking the digital models produced (using clash detection software);
• Support the Project Manager in setting up the Common Data Environment (CDE) during the start-up phase of a project;
• Periodically check the documentation produced to validate its compliance with contractual requirements, proposing where necessary the instructions needed to amend or supplement the deliverables;
• Support, in accordance with the requirements of the tender documents and the bid schedule, the activities of the selected consultants/designers;
• Support the implementation and review of BIM management procedures at corporate level in order to obtain and maintain certifications

Requirements

• 4–5 years’ experience as a BIM Coordinator / BIM Specialist in the infrastructure and/or building sector
• Degree in Engineering/Architecture
• Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Solibri and AutoCAD
• Experience with Dalux, BIM360, Synchro and Primavera P6 is preferred
• Knowledge of BIM and an interest in working with construction technology

Employment terms

• Italian National Collective Agreement for the Construction Industry (CCNL Edilizia)
• Type of contract: Permanent
• Remuneration: The initial salary for this position will be no less than €50,000, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the applicable collective agreement.
