Job summary

Arup is seeking a BIM Infrastructure Specialist for Major Projects in Italy. You will implement BIM strategy, ensure compliance, and work with an international team to deliver high-quality 3D models and drawings while maintaining the CDE.

You will coordinate interdisciplinary issues, participate in coordination meetings, and ensure timely delivery per standards. Ongoing bespoke BIM trainings and opportunities for automation and digital innovation are offered.

Qualifications

• As a BIM Infrastructure Specialist, you will implement Arup's BIM strategy and ensure project-wide compliance with BIM standards.
• You will join an international team on major infrastructure projects across Europe and Italy.
• You will produce and manage high-quality 3D models and drawings, maintaining the CDE throughout project stages.
• You will coordinate interdisciplinary issues and participate in coordination meetings.
• You will ensure accuracy, quality and timely delivery per Arup and project standards.
• You will continue to develop through bespoke BIM and digital trainings.
• You will identify and support automation and digital innovation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply Arup's BIM strategy across projects.
• Collaborate with international teams on megaprojects.
• Create and manage 3D models/drawings and maintain the CDE.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary inputs and meetings to resolve issues.
• Ensure output meets project standards with high quality and timely delivery.
