Job summary

Avincis, a leading Emergency Aerial Service Operator, is seeking a Commercial bid/contract specialist for its Italian branch. You will support the Bid Manager and the HEMS Commercial Manager in bid and contract management activities, with scope for growth through autonomy, responsibility, and accountability over time.

Responsibilities include monitoring market surveys, distributing bid docs, preparing meetings, contributing to competitiveness analyses, and ensuring contracts meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 years of bid and contract management experience.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Italian and English.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly structured, detail oriented, and data driven with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market surveys and tender/bid publications regularly.
• Distribute bid documentation to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Support the Bid Manager in kickoff, daily check-ins, and governance reviews.
• Contribute to bid competitiveness analyses and economic evaluations.
• Prepare complete bid packages including administrative, technical, and commercial documentation.
• Support contract management: ensure requirements are understood and tracked by stakeholders.
