Giorgio Armani is seeking a Beauty Licensing Intern to support licensing projects within the Beauty category, coordinating with internal teams and external partners. You will help ensure timely delivery, accurate tracking and smooth communication across functions.

You will gain exposure to brand growth and consistency while supporting e-commerce, marketing and back-office tasks, in a dynamic luxury setting in Milan.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Mansioni

• Support the supervision of the Beauty category across Armani boutiques and outlets.
• Assist in defining the product assortment and coordinating with beauty buyers.
• Help coordinate installation of beauty corners, including lightboxes and video materials.
• Support product allocations and the execution of special projects.
• Handle buyers’ requests and assist in coordinating training sessions (materials sharing, trainer contacts, scheduling).
• Assist in creating and updating product master data and manage price list requests.
• Support the e-commerce team (product imagery, order checks, CRM and Customer Service requests).
• Coordinate communication-related activities for licensees, including talent lists.
• Collaborate on trade marketing and beauty/fashion events.
• Liaise with Design for Gift with Purchase collections and uniforms for beauty advisors.
• Partner with Merchandising to define incentive programs for beauty advisors.
• Assist in selecting looks for beauty photo shoots.
• Collaborate with administration for invoicing related to licensee activities.
• Assist in managing internal product orders and archives.
• Maintain reports and databases to stay up to date and organized.
