Sephora Ragusa is seeking a Beauty Advisor to greet customers and provide expert guidance, building lasting relationships through personalized consultations. You will support daily store activities, manage stock, and help reach sales targets while fostering teamwork and a welcoming atmosphere for every client.

Ideal candidates bring experience in dynamic retail, knowledge of KPIs, empathy, and a results-driven mindset.

As a Beauty Advisor, and a valued member of the Ragusa team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions, offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.
• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
• Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries.
• Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
• Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
