Sephora Ragusa is seeking a Beauty Advisor to greet customers, listen to their needs, and provide expert makeup and skincare advice to create a memorable shopping experience.

You will build lasting client relationships through personalized consultations, support daily store activities, and contribute to achieving store goals. The role emphasizes teamwork, stockroom organization, and maintaining a positive, dynamic environment.

• Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions, offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.
• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
• Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries.
• Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
• Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
