Job summary

Sephora in Lucca is seeking a Beauty Advisor to ensure a memorable shopping experience. You will greet customers, listen to their needs, and provide expert product recommendations while building lasting client relationships.

You will support store daily activities, help achieve budgets and targets, and maintain organized stockrooms. A dynamic, team-oriented mindset and passion for beauty are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions, offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.
• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
• Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries.
• Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
• Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
