Sephora in Novara is seeking a dedicated Beauty Advisor to greet customers, provide expert beauty advice, and ensure a memorable shopping experience that aligns with store objectives.

You will build strong client relationships, offer personalized consultations based on profiles, collaborate with colleagues, and help sustain a positive, high-energy retail environment at Sephora.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Good knowledge of English encouraged.
• Agility, dynamism, empathy and flexibility are valued.
• Experience in similar sales roles is preferred.
• Ability to work in a multinational retail environment is a plus.

As a Beauty Advisor, and a valued member of the Novara team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Actively contribute in achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
• Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
• Greeting customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver client‑centric solutions, offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.
