Sephora in Italy is seeking a Beauty Advisor to greet customers, deliver personalized consultations, and ensure a memorable shopping experience that makes clients feel valued and inspired. You will support the Store Manager and team, organize the stockroom and deliveries, help achieve store objectives, and foster a collaborative, inclusive environment with colleagues.

• Experience in similar retail roles (Sales Assistant, Beauty Advisor, Promoter) across dynamic, multinational environments.
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and how they translate to store performance.
• Empathy, energy, and a proactive attitude for client engagement.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets and delivering service excellence.
• Aptitude for teamwork and valuing diversity in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications
