Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking a Beauty Advisor for the Monza team to deliver a premium shopping experience. You will greet customers, advise on products, and build lasting client relationships with personalized consultations.

The role emphasizes agility, empathy, teamwork, and a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced, multinational retail setting.

As a Beauty Advisor, and a valued member of the Monza team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Actively contribute in achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization .
• Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
• Greeting customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver client‑centric solutions , offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.
