Sephora in Savignano sul Rubicone is seeking a Beauty Advisor to greet customers with exceptional service, provide expert product guidance, and build lasting client relationships. You will support store operations and help drive sales, while maintaining an inviting, inclusive shopping environment for a diverse customer base.

Successful candidates will have prior experience in beauty retail, knowledge of KPIs, and a passion for empowering customers.

• Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Beauty Consultant) is preferred.

As a Beauty Advisor, and a valued member of the Savignano team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.


• Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions , offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.


• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.


• Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.


• Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries.


• Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization .


• Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.

• Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.


• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.
