Sephora Milano Corso Vercelli is seeking a Beauty Advisor to provide excellent customer service and personalized consultations. You will support store leadership, drive sales, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment in a fast-paced, multinational retail setting.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong English skills, and a results-oriented mindset. This role offers empowering growth within Sephora's dynamic beauty community and a rewarding customer-centric experience.

As a Beauty Advisor, and a valued member of the Milano Corso Vercelli team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Actively contribute in achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.


• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.


• Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization .


• Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.


• Greeting customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.


• Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions , offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.
