Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor to join the Catania via Etnea team. You will greet customers, advise on products, build strong client relationships, and support daily store operations. You will help achieve store targets while maintaining an exceptional shopping experience for every guest.

Ideal candidates bring experience in retail beauty, knowledge of KPIs, empathy, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. The role offers rewards including product discounts and a dynamic, inclusive work

Competenze

Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant).
