Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience, making them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions, offering personalized consultations based on profiles.
• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans.
• Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries.
• Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction with colleagues.
• Fostering a positive environment, celebrating wins and crediting the team for successes.
