7Pines Resort Sardinia cerca un Bar Manager responsabile del successo finanziario del Cone Club Bar. Gestisce attività amministrative, leadership e operazioni pratiche per offrire esperienze di alto livello agli ospiti e guidare il team.

La figura supervisiona turni, incassi, budgeting, obiettivo vendite e servizio clienti eccellente. Si richiede minimo 2 anni in bar o ristorante, fluente in inglese e italiano, forti capacità di leadership e gestione del personale.

Competenze

• Minimo 2 anni di esperienza in un bar, pub o ristorante ad alto flusso.
• Conoscenza dettagliata della gestione quotidiana di un bar.

Mansioni

• Guidare un piccolo team dando l’esempio, supportando il mixology o il servizio al tavolo.
• Garantire personale in front-of-house durante i picchi di lavoro.
• Raggiungere obiettivi di vendita e redditività.
• Creare un ambiente accogliente per i clienti.
• Garantire bevande di alta qualità consistenti.
• Gestire feedback dei clienti e fornire soluzioni adeguate.
• Favorire lo sviluppo professionale del personale e un ambiente di lavoro positivo.
• Monitorare l’inventario di bevande per avere scorte adeguate.
• Garantire pulizia del bancone e delle aree operative e rispetto delle normative.

Job Description

A Bar Manager takes responsibility for the financial success of the Cone Club Bar. They have a range of duties, including administrative, leadership and practical tasks. Their main function is to ensure that they serve and run the bar efficiently and that the customer has the best possible experience. They are also responsible for the success and development of their staff. Their main duties and responsibilities include:

• Leading a small team of bar by example, pitching in to help with drink mixing or table service where necessary
• Ensuring that the front-of-house is fully staffed, particularly during peak times
• Meeting sales and profitability targets
• Creating a welcoming environment for customers
• Ensuring consistent, high quality beverages are served to customers
• Dealing with customer feedback and providing adequate solutions to customer complaints
• Creating a positive work environment for staff and encouraging their career development
• Monitoring inventory of beverages to ensure adequate stock
• Overseeing the cleanliness of staff and the physical bar area and paying attention to possible health hazards and regulation violations.

A Bar Manager needs at least two year of experience working within a busy bar, pub or restaurant environment. Excellent knowledge of the day-to-day running of a bar is essential for success in the role.

A Bar Manager requires leadership experience and should have proven experience managing accounts, taking payments and setting budgets. Experience meeting sales targets is essential, while experience in marketing is looked upon positively. Experience in a customer-facing role and providing excellent customer service is a must in this position.
