Hire Feed is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney to join remotely, serving clients in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 proceedings. You will draft petitions, motions, and related documents while advising on debt restructuring and asset protection.

The role requires an active US license, strong research and writing skills, and experience litigating bankruptcy matters. You will engage in virtual hearings and collaborate with a global team in a remote capacity.

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney to work on a Full-Time basis. This role involves representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases. The attorney will draft and file petitions, motions, and other legal documents, while providing strategic advice to clients navigating financial distress.
