Client Server Ltd. in Milan is seeking a Backend Software Engineer / Developer with Java/Scala experience (Kotlin welcomed). You will design and build features on our digital wealth platform, contributing to scalable architecture and robust REST APIs across the full development lifecycle.

As a senior member you will own parts of the architecture, mentor junior teammates and help evaluate new technologies. The role supports work-from-home most of the time with in-office meetings in Milan twice

Competenze

• Backend software development experience with Java or Kotlin background; comfortable with learning Scala on the job.
• Experience with REST APIs and scalable backend architecture.
• Keen technologist who loves to learn and solve problems.
• Good English language skills; Italian a plus but not required.

Mansioni

• Design and develop new features on the platform and improve scalability.
• Own parts of the architecture and contribute to technical discussions and decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices across the team.
