Client Server is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to work with Java/Kotlin and Scala, in a Cagliari-based role with flexible WFH options. You will join a cross-functional Agile team to design and develop new features, improve scalability, and own parts of the architecture while mentoring juniors.

• Strong backend development experience with Java/Kotlin and Scala on the same stack.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and services.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English; Italian a plus but not required.
