What you’ll do (get ready for anything)

We're looking for a brilliant, curious, and proactive Mid-level or Senior Backend Developer. You’ll help design and build services that deliver outstanding user experiences. You’ll take full ownership of your role and contribute actively to crafting high‑quality products.

• Backend development: You’ll master the server‑side with Node.js (and Express), integrating both internal and external APIs like a true code ninja. Solid knowledge of JavaScript and ES6+ (TypeScript is a plus) is essential, along with experience in RESTful APIs (bonus points for GraphQL).
• Database management: Your natural habitat? PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL. You optimize databases to make them fast, secure, and always ready to perform.
• Security and performance: You implement best practices and ensure your code stays performant—even under heavy traffic.
• Experimentation: We never sit still. You’ll get to experiment with new technologies and stay up‑to‑date with the latest web development trends.
• Advanced accessibility: Accessibility isn’t just a buzzword here. You’ll ensure everything we build is truly usable by everyone—no one left behind.
