Johnson & Johnson is seeking a thorough ATR Finance Analyst to join Global Services Finance in Milano, Italy. The role focuses on B2G reconciliations, intercompany activities, and reporting, partnering with finance teams, business units, and authorities to ensure compliant data.

Build Power BI dashboards and Alteryx workflows to deliver actionable insights, support audits, and drive process automation in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Solid Accounting & finance knowledge.
• Basic VAT knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to frame clear and concise communication with stakeholders.
• Open to new ideas, rapid changes and adopting new technology.
• Experience in a Shared Services Centre or multinational setting.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
• Digital/Intelligent automation capabilities.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.

Aufgaben

• Implement and manage B2G reconciliation processes with accurate filings and reporting.
• Handle daily operations for eInvoicing and eArchiving for global markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.
• Prepare reconciliations, analyze variances, and report findings to stakeholders.
• Coordinate data flows between local teams and Global services accounting teams and authorities.
• Assist in automation and improvement of reconciliation procedures.
• Support audit preparations and respond to inquiries.
• Participate in projects to standardize and automate processes.
